Cooperation Mode

CHANNEL POLICY

The partner shall submit the application form for agent, copy of business license, copy of legal person ID card and other materials, and pass Palladium’s qualification examination as an agent
Partners should be able to acceptPalladium’s business philosophy, marketing policies, in the region represented by rich industry resources and sales network, with Palladiumin the region of brand promotion and deep cultivation
Partners must have strong marketing and channel development capabilities, and be able to independently develop local marketing and sales plans; cooperate with Palladiumto manage the market order in the authorized area, excavate the sub-dealers in the authorized area
Partners need to set up a professional sales team and technical service team, with dedicated staff responsible for the sales and maintenance of Palladium products, with continuous business development and after-sales service capacity

Process

The applicant can contact us throughPalladiumum’s web portal, 400 hotline, local organizations’contact telephone numbers, wechat public accounts and other means to apply for the agency

The applicant should fill in the agent application form and send the following materials to the Palladiumumbusiness center:
1. The agent application form which is completed and stamped with the official seal;
2. A copy of the business license;
3. A copy of the identity card of the legal representative

Palladiumumwill complete the accreditation process within three working days and will respond

After confirming the intention of cooperation, the two parties shall sign the agency agreement and complete the agency authorization process according to the agreed agency area, authorization level and years of cooperation

Partners are required to participate regularly in the training and evaluation activities organized by Palladiumumfor the channel agents

Palladiumumwill maintain close communication with partners, and the cooperation between the two sides will be assessed regularly

Partners must submit a written application for renewal of agency status 30 days before the expiration date of the partnership. Palladiumumwill assess the status of the partnership and decide whether to renew the contract, Palladiumumwill offer more favorable cooperation policies
